HOT JOB - Chief Accountant working Monday - Friday, English/Chinese

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget process, and provide ongoing financial forecasts.
3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights that can inform business strategy.
4. Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
6. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
8. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
9. Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of long-term financial strategies and business plans.
10. Ad-hoc Projects: Manage special projects as assigned by the CFO or other senior management.
