Mô tả công việc
1. HR System & Reporting (Weight: 40%)
• Research HR system function to improve HR process by digitalized workflow
• Ensure employee data are always protected according to law and MMV policy
• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to recommend system improvements
• Write training document and conduct training for end users
• Deliver support when needed
2. Conduct HR Reporting (Weight: 30%)
• Build/Maintain/Upgrade HR Dashboard Report (Workforce, Talent Acquisition, Termination Analysis, Organizational Development, etc.)
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights
3. Training & Development Coordination (Weight: 30%)
• Co-ordinate with external training vendors to customize courses’ outline to align with MMV Business and employee expectation
• Source and manage external training vendors as needed
• Keep track of employee training record and evaluation
• Compile and analyze training report
