Mô tả công việc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
2. Payroll, Taxes (PIT), & Insurance:
• Assist with processing payroll and ensure timely payments
• Manage employee tax withholdings (PIT)
• Coordinate and administer employee insurance benefits
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulation
3. Employee Management & Training:
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• In charge of employees’ contracts (probation, labour, termination contracts, service agreements, etc.)
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Conduct or assist in the preparation process of training programs for employees
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
4. Process Improvement & Administration:
• Propose initiatives to constantly improve the HR process
• Manage general office administration tasks (e.g., supplies, scheduling)
• Other tasks delegated by the CEO & COO
