The HR Manager supports Rieckermann Vietnam, with respect to various HR functions. The HR Manager is of vital importance, to implement and secure a professional and high-quality HR system, to ultimately make our company a better place to work.
*PRIMARY
Recruitment & Onboarding
Implement and execute the recruitment and onboarding process.
▪ Responsible for recruiting incl. job advertisement, communication with recruiting agencies and candidate communication
▪ Assist the hiring manager in the selection process by shortlisting, reviewing & assessing the candidates
▪ Propose offer package and manage communication to candidate(s)
▪ Manage the onboarding process following the Group HR’s onboarding SOP’s
▪ Implement the Group’s standard recruitment and onboarding process
Employee Engagement & Retention
Reduce turnover by identifying reasons and developing counteractive measures
▪ Implement benefit schemes for colleagues
▪ Identify reasons for turnover
▪ Develop measures to increase employee retention
▪ Arrange Employee engagement activities
▪ Taking care of employees’ HR needs; including dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues
Off-boarding
Conduct Off-boarding
▪ Conduct Offboarding following the Group HR Off-boarding SOP
▪ Draft termination notices and agreements
Learning & Development
Coordination of learning & development activities for Country.
▪ Liaise with group HR for SOP and centralized platform for learning and performance management
▪ Source for external trainings based on need
▪ Coordinate the logistics for internal and external trainings
▪ Periodically follow-up on employee learning
Policies & Compliance
Secure compliance
▪ Secure HR compliance with labour laws
▪ Secure compliance with group company’s HR policies and guidelines
▪ Develop, adjust and implement HR policies and procedures
Labor Management
Handling HR operations
▪ Prepare, manage and follow up labor documents (labor contract, probation, labor reports…)
▪ Work with Vendor and follow up status of Expat related documents including Visa, Work permit, Residence Card
▪ Handle full-cycle payroll, tax & related compulsory insurances for Vietnam
▪ Prepare HR reports: Tax, Social Insurance, Payroll, HR cost
▪ Manage Extra Insurance Contract with Insurance Vendor
▪ Manage Caneda HR system (leave management, payslip)
▪ Provide related HR cost report to Accounting.
▪ Provide HR consultancy to Management when needed.
**SECONDARY
To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management.
