We are seeking an experienced HR Officer
to handle our company's recruitment activities and initiatives and to be responsible for ensuring that the company’s sourcing and recruiting strategies are sound and in place to attract and hire the right talent. Additionally, the HR Officer will provide support in various other HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations and employee experience.
To be successful as a recruitment officer, you must have good sourcing and recruiting background, workforce planning, good multi-tasking skills, project management skills and recruitment marketing. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced condition, with the strong eagerness to deliver quality results. A successful recruitment officer has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented and keeps informed in company hiring programs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines
• Ensuring effective use of different recruitment tools
• Developing job descriptions and specifications
• Implementing various sourcing techniques to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner such as but not limited to cold-calling, internet, research firms, user groups
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Coordinating with the hiring managers in line with the recruitment requirements
• Strengthening and developing recruitment marketing initiatives
• Overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws.
• Administer and process HR-related documentation
