ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead civil design, modelling and documentation, ensuring adherence to international standards.
• Review and approve design calculations, construction drawings, and technical reports.
• Ensure quality control in documentation and adherence to construction processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers and technical staff across multiple projects.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, ensuring design, modelling and documentation consistency.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and senior management for smooth project execution.
• Manage civil design, modelling and documentation workflows to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficiency and budget control.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring budget control and risk mitigation.
• Optimize processes for efficient project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communicate project progress, technical details, and potential challenges effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead proposal preparation, contract management, and project acquisition.
• Oversee resource planning, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
