HR Senior Staff (01 Position- Fulltime)

Responsibilities:
- Carry out recruitment activities:
+ Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, job posting, screening, interview, offer & onboarding)
+ Maintain and improve the recruitment process.
- Responsible for training activities:
+ Propose training plan based on the training needs with related training courses, methods and vendors.
+ Organize the training courses following training roadmap and make a report after course.
+ Monitor and improve training process.
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor
