We are seeking an experienced and versatile
Human Resources and Administrative Executive
to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general office management and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and On-boarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth on-boarding process
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and documents
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
