Mô tả công việc
1. Human resource management:
- Develop and implement human resource strategies/policies appropriate to the company's business situation in each stage of development.
- Support business needs through employee development and retention engagement.
2. Hiring/Training and Develop people
- Adjust and manage the recruitment process, supervise candidate selection according to reality.
- Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
- Implement/support periodic training programs, develop human resources, prepare training programs and activities for successor staff.
- Review, prepare and adjust SOPs on recruitment, hiring, human resource planning, administration.
3. C&P
- Supervise and manage the evaluation, reward/violation handling system for employees.
- Develop and manage compensation plans, benefits for employees.
4. Administrations
- Ensure legal compliance in human resource management activities.
- Managing and building corporate culture.
- Manage administrative, safety and health activities.
5. Others
- Perform tasks assigned by the CEO
- Details content and job requirements are shown in the job description including adjustment and additional one that the employee is responsible for performing.
