PURPOSE:
The jobholder is responsible:
- To execute rewards, benefits program for employees and budget planning.
- Handle all data analytics to the Management.
- In charge of Function governance and lead HR projects.
- Be key contact point for all iHR projects.
- Be the contact point for Expat services (work permit, TRC, relocation support, tax services etc.).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for budget planning and cost analysis to the management.
- Responsible for employee benefit management, including expat benefit and support the review / renew of benefit scheme (ie: medical insurance scheme, annual health check-up, care programs for staff from time to time).
- Be HR systems (HRcorner / iHR) administrator and HR related projects including system.
- Responsible for annual pay review and off-cycle pay review and promotion.
- In charge of annual salary /benefits surveys.
- Analyze data and insights to report to the management.
- Data and insights analytics.
- In charge of HR Governance.
- In coordination with vendors to support expats in relocating/repatriating during their Vietnam secondment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
