[Hung Yen] Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Engineering (Estate Management)

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations within the industrial park.
• Conduct regular inspections, manage checklists, and monitor technical systems including mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape to ensure they function optimally and promote energy efficiency.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems, including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment status and report to department management, developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors involved in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement and enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.
• Handle additional technical tasks and projects as assigned by the department manager.
