• Supervise the team
- Supervise the export team: on time shipment, right communication with Sales team/customers, on time and correct documents, correct data of exportation report
- Supervise the purchasing and import team to ensure: on time delivery of materials, most competitive prices of goods and services, right quality confirmed, correct data of importation report
- Make the SOP
• Plan shipping schedules of export shipments:
- Receiving orders from customers
- Work on material status and with PD team for production plan of the orders
- Follow the plan until the shipments are completed
- Issue PI as confirmation to the customers
- Solve the problem if any
• Plan raw materials and purchasing:
- Plan the purchase of raw materials properly for the orders and forecast from customers
- Follow delivery of raw materials so that no delay will affect the production
- Review contracts with goods’ and services’ providers
- Follow the pricing of goods and services to ensure the best prices are being used
- Solve the problem if any
• Other tasks assigned by top manager
