Mô tả công việc

- Submit SI+VGM for Carriers
- Follow ctes/Invoices from carriers/coloaders/vendors, input into systems & submit payment request.
- Check & release EDO for customers
- Follow closing time on Booking and require SI+VGM from customers
- Ensure service excellence by collaborating closely with operation team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively solve issues arising with customers/carriers/vendors.
- Issue Bills & Debit Notes to customers and agents
- Provide regular reports to the Operation Manager on a weekly, monthly, annual basis and once required.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the OM & BOD.
