• Follow up schedule of vessels to ensure inbound procedure meet deadlines, included uploading manifest to customs website, all steps to issue Arrival notice to customers before vessels arrive.
• Handle related tasks in Cosco' system then Cosco Head Quarters can follow up Inbound issues easily.
• Check & feedback email from loading agent & customer to solve problem regarding import shipments.
