Instructional Design Officer (Training Team)

Developing training needs assessment protocols, data analysis plan and data collection tools
Benchmark of appropriate approaches of training packages/ projects/ programs for delivery modes
Creating engaging material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
Determine the best approach of delivery of content, based on target audience, content and in consultation with SME
Organizing and supporting training activities for face to face or distance learning
Producing training materials: face-to-face, m-learning, e-learning
Benchmarking updated training delivery system worldwide
Test capsules and modules of training digital solutions

One-year contract with potential extension based on the working performance.
One-month probation with 100% of net salary.

Working time: 8:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday).
Days Off: Saturday – Sunday; holidays, Tet in accordance with Vietnam Labour Law and Christmas day

Ability to work independently and in a team;
Bachelor's degree in training and development, e-learning, education, pedagogy, French linguistic or a related field
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Powerpoint; skill in other instructional designing tools is a plus;
Knowledge of public health is a preferential;
At least 1 year experience in instructional designer or training officer OR ability to use French language (no need experience);
Good organizational and interpersonal skills, especially in international environment
