Mô tả công việc
- Project management:
• Lead import project as a focal contact point of relevant parties for IMS new imports product development from Affiliates and 3rd parties producers
• Lead export project as focal contact point to implement export project to Affiliates and 3rd parties customers
• Maintain good rapport and communication with areas
- Project execution
: Plan and achieve project management taking responsibility for new products development projects by:
• Closely co-ordinate with stakeholder align project timeline, responsibility, timeframe, closely follow up with them to finish their tasks on time.
• Negotiate and manage the agreement between producing market and receiving market in all aspects concerning Manufacturing, Legislation, QMD, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc. through Product Brief completion till approval by Management at both ends before production starts.
• Risk management by minimize risk impact to the projects, ealuate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch dates needing to be revised.
• Analyzing process decision points and allocating critical tasks in the project.
• Identifying and monitoring all critical milestones.
• Maintaining closely liaison with all functions involved in the product change project.
• Make sure all required documentation is provided my stakeholders.
• Inform and consult all stakeholders ensuring issues are followed through and resolved.
• Ensuring smooth transition period of Renovation products.
• Amend timeline as agreed with project owners and members.
• Provide necessary information for Key Decision Makers in the Innovation and Renovation (I&R) process for decisions on products, financial, regulation, and any constraint issues.
• Ensure Trial shipment is successfully done with a proven complete report for all new Import/Export products.
• By analyzing projected Annual Volume Commitments with the DRP-IMS Planner and suggesting improvement measures to avoid failures in the future.
• Maintain Customer, vendor, and stock code in SAP
- Ensure timely and error free data to perform Intermarket and Third Party Export Order-to-Cash Processes by:
• Managing and keep update Inter Market Supply Master data in Sharepoint and Globe
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding the completion of the IMS Product Brief for new product imports/exports
- New product development:
• Manage for new inquiries /customers in cooperating with Zone SC in order to maximize the utilization of production capacity
• Work as Marketing to improve export volume and value to Affiliates
• Preliminary analyze supply capability to launch new product based on Zone and project owner requirement.
• Provide recommendation, information to both internal and external customers when starting new import and export products study
- Customer service
: Ensure capability to achieve targeted Customer Service Levels to Receivers (Exports) or Domestic Customers (Imports)
- Business mindset and skills
: utilize relationship and contact with Affiliate increase export volume.
- Ensure Claim/Complaints with Quality Mgmt, Logistics are resolved within the agreed prescribed period and that resolutions are documented properly by the required functions.
- Follow the process for IMS complaints handling.
