Internal Audit Officer (Hanoi Head Office - 410)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Internal Audit Officer
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Report to: General Manager
Job Description:
1. Conduct the partial audit engagements in the timeline, give audit observation and opinions for improvement, supportively make audit plan and audit reports. (50%)
2. Complete administrative audit tasks including filing all the audit dossier (consisting of materials and evidence) both in Company server and hard copies at the office for historical audit storage, prepare materials for internal training courses and follow-up the section budget. (20%)
3. Collect and summarize the Company rules in accordance with the audit contents and the law-related to richen standard for audit evaluation. (15%)
4. Investigate and summarize process-related and specific procedures corresponding to the audit contents for risk assessment and determination of audit-focus points as well as required document. (10%)
5. Other tasks as assigned by higher levels. (5%)
