Mô tả công việc

Customer Acquisition:
Seek new clients, provide consultations, update clients on products, and offer quotes for the company's seafood products.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous order placements. Engage with clients via email, phone, chat, or in-person meetings to negotiate and finalize contracts.
Order Coordination:
Collaborate with relevant departments to execute orders as per the agreed terms and conditions in the contracts.
Order Monitoring:
Oversee the entire order process, manage receivables, and resolve any issues related to the orders under your responsibility.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends and propose appropriate sales policies in response to market fluctuations.
Planning and Reporting:
Develop work plans and submit regular reports to direct management.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Education:
Graduated from College or University with a major in Business Administration, International Economics, International Business, Foreign Trade, etc.
Language Skills:
Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate with international clients. A second foreign language is an advantage.
Interest in Sales:
Passionate about sales and business development.
Experience:
At least 3 years of sales experience, with a professional background in import-export. Experience in the seafood or food industry is a plus. Candidates without seafood industry experience will receive training.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, open, dynamic, flexible, quick-witted, persistent, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
Professionalism:
High sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, with teamwork skills and a cooperative spirit.
Physical Fitness:
Good health, willing to travel domestically and internationally.
