Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements closely with Business Team
Compose business requirement document according to business requirement, coordinate with development team to enhance the systems
Help design, document and maintain business and system processes
Execute the statistic reports to support control the project progress
Perform quality assurance and follow up UAT period
Own and develop relationship with Business Department/partners/providers, work with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our customer - Identify and implement KPIs and project milestones
Communicate key insights and findings to product/business team
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
Have experience in Life Insurance, Finance, Bank domain is preferred
Good at business scope management
Strong in problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
Have knowledge in Power Point, Visio, Wire framing (pencil), Flow chart, data model, business process diagram, PLSQL language
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required
Good at English
Good ability to effectively communicate with both the business and technology
Responsible, proactive, can work independently or in a team
