Underwriting Senior Executive, Product Non-Motor

Monitor and maintain policy wordings, UW statistic reports and other document templates, etc.
Review and contribute opinions to improve policy wordings, products and risk acceptance process to ensure profitable business growth, efficient control and convenient communication among stakeholders.
Support Sales to underwrite Non-motor products (mainly property and casualty) within delegated authority and Company’s Underwriting guideline and objectives.
Handle daily referral requests from Sales and give feedback in a professional manner and within standard timeline.
Conduct underwriting trainings for internal stakeholders.
Get involved in new product development tasks.
Other underwriting/reinsurance work as assigned by direct manager.

Experience in product development is preferable.
At least 3 year experience in property and casualty insurance with sound product and technical knowledge (underwriting experience and basic reinsurance knowledge is preferable).
A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, and related fields
Good knowledge of local market
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication both verbal & written (Vietnamese & English) and teamwork skill.
