IT Business Development (Junior)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior IT Business Development at VBATECHS located in Hanoi. The role involves tasks related to identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of the company.
Introduce and consult company services to potential customers.
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team.
Be an important position, playing the role of coordinating information between the project team and the customer.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
Closely monitor, track and update project progress.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Probation period with 85% salary for 2 months.
Competitive salary range (Base salary + Commission).

Knowledge and networking in Information Technology.
Excellent negotiating and persuading skills.
Proven capability in hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas, identify the root causes of problems and generate good solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, strong customer service focus, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
1 years of experience in IT Business Development, Account Management, and/or Client Service roles.
Good verbal in both English and Vietnamese.
Collaborative and willing to share knowledge.
