Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support IT Planning and Governance Team Lead for processing team activities, enabling the alignment of business and technology overseeing IT Governance involving IT compliance, value delivery, risk management, budget management, and system development process management.
• Maintain and enhance procedures of IT processes such as problem/incident management, change management, IT asset management, etc....
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to update the compliance of local regulation (e.g. SBV regulation), and Bank internal policies and procedure.
• Monitor and budget utilizing, incorporate with relevant stakeholders to plan for annual IT budget.
• Monitor and manage vendors, including vendor’s quotation, vendor screening, contracting, payment process, delivery, SLA, etc.
• Coordinate for audit (internal/external).
• Coordinate for regular/periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to control user access matrix (system authority matrix).
