Mô tả công việc

To manage and support users (hardware/software):
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with access issue s
Handle incidents within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
Provide first level support to requesters e.g. answering via support channel, incident management, phone etc.,
Daily monitor incident management system, classify and modify all incidents in compliant with IT standards
Follow up with the system development team on various systems issues
2. Provide weekly incident reports to the department head
3. To manage IT assets (including regular maintenance and repairing)
4. Deploy improvements and fixes to the network and applications infrastructure
5. Provide monthly reports on new IT assets to department head and Finance

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Languages: Basic English IT language (good at reading and understanding, speaking and writing)
Good communication skills, patient personality.
Education: University degree/ College graduated, prefer in IT field
Hard-working and good health.
Self-motivated with strong team skills, a high degree of punctuality.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year of working experience with IT Support/ IT Helpdesk position
Can adapt the working shift ( 5,5 days/ week rotate night shift )
