MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shipping: Responsible for performing assigned tasks related to activities, procedures, documents related to import and export of goods with shipping lines, warehouses, forwarders and internal JAF VN, and other arising tasks (if any) by the request of the Shipping Manager.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILIES:
1. CONTRACTS - 20%
1.1 Make, submit for approval and send sale contracts to related stakeholders (e.g. Sale, Supplier,...)
2. SHIPPING - 30%
2.1 Participate in finalizing the set of documents and sending them to related stakeholders (e.g: customers, Gemadept, forwarders...).
2.2 Check and participate in handling issues related to import documents and shipping lines.
2.3 Track and update the status of goods for related stakeholders (e.g. customers, ...). (so that customers can pay and Shipping can take the documents on time, avoiding incurring expenses.)
3. WAREHOUSE - 30%
3.1 Update codes of incoming goods for related stakeholders (e.g. warehouse,...).
3.2 Contact with partners such as suppliers, and shipping lines to participate in handling warehouse-related issues (e.g, incorrect information on goods received notes).
4. LIABILITIES -10%
4.1 Check information, documents, and make payments to foreign suppliers
4.2 Support to track and inform customers about the expiration date of payment invoices to ensure collect debt fully and timely.
5. REPORTS - 10%
5.1 Support to provide data and information for team reports.
