[PURPOSE/ MISSION]
To develop and maintain business relationships with key account customers to support adidas Vietnam in the achievement of its mission to maintain or become the leading sports brand in Vietnam
[ACCOUNTABILITIES]
1. Primary accountabilities:
- Maintain & develop good business relationships with all multibrand customers
- Maintain & develop good business relationship with monobrand customers
- Giving contributions as expected by the management in developing business with key accounts
- Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
- Establishment of effective communication channels throughout the sales team and customer service
2. Secondary accountabilities
- Overall responsibility for key accounts (addition of 2 key accounts)
- Actively participate in the establishment of business strategy in achieving monthly target (additional 30% with new role)
- Monitor & report customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
- Provide input into budgets and forecasting
- Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)
