Account Management & Business Growth:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and brand
performance on TikTok Shop.
• Manage relationships with TikTok Shop account managers and key
stakeholders to optimize brand exposure and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet
revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new product launches, promotional
activities, and cross-selling strategies.
• Work with enablers to manage sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Work with platforms and enablers to develop, review, and monitor the Joint
Business Plan (JBP) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, leveraging TikTok’s marketing
tools, influencer collaborations, and ad solutions.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop engaging content and optimize
live-streaming strategies.
• Collaborate with MCN (Multi-Channel Networks), KOC (Key Opinion
Consumers), KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), and content creators to develop
TikTok content and push sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive traffic and
conversion rates.
Operations & Performance Optimization:
• Ensure smooth daily operations of TikTok Shop, including inventory
management, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, customer
engagement) and implement continuous improvements.
• Keep up with TikTok’s evolving algorithms, policies, and best practices to stay
ahead of trends.
