You will join the Modern Trade team URGO Vietnam - The leading French Wound Care and healthcare solutions company in Vietnam. As part of our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in HCMC and manage our portfolio of key clients:
• Pharmacy chains
• Supermarkets & Specialized stores
• B2B wholesales
You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager – URGO Healthcare and manage a team of Key Account Executives and Mechandisers. The role incumbent will take charge the below responsibilities and participate in strategic projects which demonstrate potential for growth into commercial leadership role.
Key responsibilities
• Represent Urgo company and its range of products to healthcare professionals to achieve the objectives and ambitions shared by the company.
• Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.
• Sales Team Management: Lead a team of Key Account Executives and Merchandisers, guiding and motivating them to achieve sales targets.
• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust action plans accordingly.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, and others stakeholders to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
