- Develop and implement business strategies to expand customer base and ensure business coverage.
- Responsible for recruitment, target allocation, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Manage the Sales team & Operations to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Build and develop long-lasting customer relationships.
- Establish and optimize sales processes from planning to sales closure.
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; continuously update information on competitors and new products.
- Report on business results, revenue, and expenses; provide forecasts to the management board in advance.
