Mô tả công việc
- Develop Maintenace plan & maintenance instruction and make necessary adjustment regularly.
- Supervise technicians to implement maintenance tasks in a safely and timely manner.
- Assist IMS and Admin in implementation of safety ,environment and admin related tasks.
- Equipment Spare parts mangement .
- To well maintain Facilities & Production Machines according to Maintenace Plan.
- Analyze equipment performance and ensure contingency plan in place to reduce down time and improve recovery time.
- Plan and improve production equipment performance for better reliability and cost reduction.
- Investigate equipment failures and take corrective action to recover equipment in a timely manner.
- Provide coaching and guidance to technicians as needed.
- New machines installation .
- Performing the 5S management / HARLIS.

- Experienced in die casting machines/ injection molding
- With Problem Solving Attitude.
- University Majored in Engineering, Electromechanical Integration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance.
- Good command in English
