B - MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Development & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal content development candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms including our website, fan pages, and internal and external communication channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice, ensuring consistency and engagement across all platforms. And the Marketing Automation one will manage and optimize our marketing automation platforms. This role is crucial in driving our customer engagement and conversion strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools to create personalized customer experiences.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
Content Creation & Management:
> Develop and write engaging content for the company's website, social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other communication platforms, including sales talk memo.
> Create SEO-optimized articles and web content that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
> Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
Content Strategy:
> Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
> Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Translation & Localization:
> Translate and localize English content into Vietnamese, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
> Review and edit translated materials to maintain the brand’s consistency across languages.
Collaboration & Coordination:
> Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
> Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content
MARKETING AUTOMATION:
- Customer database utilisation:
> Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, manage, and optimize customer journeys (eDMs, CXP) that drive engagement and conversion.
> Monitor and analyze customer interactions, providing insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
> Develop strategies to nurture leads and improve the overall customer experience through targeted communication.
- Sales Support:
> Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer personas and map out customer journeys.
> Conduct daily check with sales team about follow-up process with marketing digital leads
- Marketing Automation:
> Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline communication with customers at various stages of the sales funnel.
> Track and report on key metrics related to marketing automation efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
> Work closely with the content team to ensure that all customer communications are consistent with our brand’s messaging.
> Liaise with CRM team about database on salesforce system.
