Mô tả công việc

• Lead and support the sales team in achieving business targets for logistics services (international freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation).
• Identify and approach potential customers, develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor and manage sales performance, providing guidance and training to team members.
• Develop business strategies, follow up on sales, negotiate terms, and secure contracts/projects to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Attend regular client meetings, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Prepare sales and financial reports, conduct performance tracking, and present insights to management.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service execution.
