In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Legal Executive/Officer in Hanoi office and 01 Legal Executive/Officer in Ho Chi Minh office.

Job summary
: Research, draft and check a broad range of contracts and agreements related to the company’s business activities.
Detailed job description:
1. Draft and vet a broad range of contracts and agreements (30%);
2. Research and advise on legal matters for related departments (20%);
3. Work and advise on contracts for project development (10%);
4. Draft and revise internal regulations, procedures and contract templates (10%);
5. Coordinate and support all departments in negotiating contracts and agreements (10%);
6. Review and analyze all materials relating to disputes, provide legal advice for solving such disputes (5%);
7. Study and analyze Vietnamese laws related to company business and operation, provide training on legal matters to all employees (5%);
8. Train and oversee subordinates at work where required (5%);
9. Other tasks as assigned (5%).
