Mô tả công việc
1. Drafting and reviewing various legal documents for our company.
2. Assisting in acquisition and investment transactions for the company in Indonesia and other countries.
3. Liaising with external counsel regarding disputes and other kinds of legal matters.
4. Advising on legal risks associated with our business strategies and operations.
5. Participating in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs, and providing counsel and guidance on legal implications (to some extent).
6. Handling corporate governance issues and performing corporate secretarial duties.
7. Undertaking other legal projects, assignments, and tasks as required from time to time.

1. 3-7 years of legal experience for M&A, JV, strategic investment. Experience for finance deals can be an alternative.
2. Bar qualification in Vietnam or other countries.
