Ensuring compliance and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes;
Drafting and reviewing high-stake legal contracts;
Working with notary offices, registration offices, and state agencies;
Performing legal research;
Filing of documents, contracts, and legal reports;
Performing other legal work assigned by the CEO.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from a local or international university;
Careful and meticulous in drafting and reviewing contracts;
Experience working in the international business and NGO setting;
Good verbal and written English communication proficiency.
