Line Technician – Kỹ Sư Bảo Trì Cơ Khí

Willing to work in shifts.
Technical support for production operations
Carry out daily preventive maintenance of production machinery in accordance with maintenance instructions.
Troubleshooting to ensure production equipment working smoothly.
In case of finding defects, take corrective action accordingly.
Proper recording of all quality parameters as called out in the controlled specification.
Responsible for training of new colleagues
Preventing nonconforming products from entering the next operation
Have the role of “Production process engineer”. Support and coordinate with QA, PE team to identify the root cause of quality problem, then, perform necessary actions to fix it, or propose the solution for modifying/improving/replacing.
Responsible for validation of machines/ equipment/tools at Metal Parts.

Experiences:
Experienced in Automation or semi-automation manufacturing.
Languages:
Professional Kwnowledge: Can read technical drawing and documents.
Education: College/ Universiry with Technical majors (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrics, Automation,)
Can read English technical document.
At least 1 year - experienced in manufacturing environment.
Can basically communicate with foreign colleagues.
