1. Logistic cost controlling
• Review current TLC (Total Logistic Cost) structure and improve
• Coordinate with relevant department to ensure all logistic spending be booked on time
• Review and improve TLC planning process-MBR (Monthly business report), CF (Current forecast), BP (Business plan)
2. Logistic inventory controlling
• Coordinate with all relative department to ensure inventory planning is on time and accurate
• Improve the inventory planning process -digitalize
• Reporting-MBR, CF, BP
3. Fixed Assets controller
• Conduct yearly Fixed Assets counting and reporting for LOG
• Define/improve the Fixed Assets management
4. BPS and CIP
• Logistic BPS (Bosch Production System) coordinator
• Update/improve VSD (Value Stream Design)/ VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
• Guide/Lead/Coach for all S-CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) of LOG
• Reporting/ Ad-hoc request.
