Logistic Operation Executive (Specializes Custom Clearance for Transit Cargo & Local Clearance)

- Propose long-term strategies and annual business work plans; achieve business and management indicators.
- Daily workflow management, performance evaluation of the employees; in charge of teambuilding and backbone training.
- Contact customers frequently and maintain close relationship;
- Provide quotation for customer requirements.
- Overall management of the company’s freight forwarding business; establishing a safe, stable, and smooth management and operation system;
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
- Making customs declaration procedures professional (especially transit cargo). Submit manifest for shipping line, apply for transit permit with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, make quotes quickly and accurately to promptly provide to customers, manage empty containers returns accurate and reasonable way to avoid incurring unnecessary fees.
- Good ability to negotiate related costs.
