Logistic Staff

• Following exportation goods for some customers in Europe, US, Asia ...
• Connecting with Commercial dept, Production dept... in order to get exported planning and shipping instruction.
• Place booking with forwarder, submit booking and make SI on system of forwarders, follow to have Booking confirmation.
• Declare custom declaration sheet on ECUS5 VNACSSS system.
• Sending export planning to warehouse accounting dept to have deliver bill for export .
• Booking truck, container, send export notice to warehouse, shipping team to deliver to port, airport on time.
• Making shipping document on system: SAP, SCAF , customer’s system send to customer, accounting dept .
• Making preferential C/O form: EVFTA, VK, AANZ...
• Following delivery progress for shipments under DDP, DAP term.
• Checking debit note, local charge, freight and making suggest payment form send to Control, Accounting dept and following payment with forwarder.
• Sending samples, creating AWB on system of DHL, UPS, Fedex.. to send goods to customer.
• Solving troubles if any.
