Mô tả công việc
• Following Import/ Export shipments and make sure delivery schedule in time.
• Co-working with Forwarders to arrange shipments in time.
• Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading and so on) and Customs declaration forms.
• Reporting unexpected customs issues to manager.
• Making yearly consumption reports and other documents for Customs.
• Checking and confirming Logistics expenses monthly.
• Other related tasks assigned by Manager.
