Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Manage 3PLs to delivery excellence customer service with optimum operation cost and ensuring compliance to Chanel’s Standard and requirement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will cover warehousing and domestic transportation activities. This scope of work supports for all divisions (FBP, Fashion and WFJ). You will manage performance of 3PLs and also in charge of Chanel logistic system implementation.
Warehousing
Manage 3PL to deliver committed services including inbound activities (receiving, sub-label, price tag, put-away,) and outbound activities (pick, pack, ship)
Setup and manage 3PL’s KPIs and drive for the improvement with 3PL.
Ensure inventory accuracy via:
Standardize and implement Inventory management process.
Standardize and implement Inbound & outbound process.
Monthly cycle count and annual stock take in compliance with company policy
Implement Inventory classification.
Implement SLOB management.
Ensure destruction activity in compliance with company policy.
Ensure Quality inspection and sub-labeling to be carried out properly and complaint to Chanel’s policy.
Define WH operation continuous improvement.
Implement and run Chanel’s WMS and other WH system.
Drive for sustainability idea implementation in Warehousing.
Domestic transportation
Manage performance of 3PLs to achieve excellence service level and high customers’ satisfaction.
Ensure OTIF delivery (right time, right product, right quantity, right quality and right behavior/attitude).
Setup and manage transportation 3PL’s KPIs and drive for improvement with 3PL.
Find and recruit high qualified transporters to improve services level & customer satisfaction.
Provide logistics complaint management complied with company policy.
Standardize and implement process/instruction in resolving issues of wrong delivery quantity (over-ship, short ship) and damages, losses during transportation.
Initiate continuous improvement in transportation management.
Risk management (especially for losses, damages) during transportation
Define transportation operation continuous improvement.
Implement sustainability idea in transportation, and drive for net-zero direction of Chanel.
Event’s logistics support:
fast and accurate in delivery to Events.
