Logistics Specialist

1. Confirm the transportation method and pick up date with forwarder, book space and follow
up.
2. Coordinate with Warehouse , OBA, Planning to arrange the shipment, make sure the goods
can be pick up on time.
3. Control the logistics cost effectively by reasonable transportation arrangement.
4. Track and solve the shipping issue, deal with the cargo claim.
5. Responsible for coordinating and handing clearance exceptions , analyzing the causes of
exceptions, avoiding risks, and ensuring compliance with import/export operations.
6. Provide consulting services and solutions to the relevant departments regarding to
international logistics and customs clearance issues.
7. Support Supervisor in daily management of Vietnam team with import shipment and customs
handbook operations.
8. Manage the Vietnam Customs handbook activities such as application, modification,
cancellation on a timely manner with less affects to company business.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to make sure both the data and physical
bonded materials are accurately reported/located compliance of Customs regulations.
10. Daily operation and management of the Customs E-book and customs systems, make sure
E-book accounts match with customs records, and Customs handbook balance.
11. Deal with the domestic tax charged by customs monthly.
