We are looking for (01) Mall Leasing Supervisor for our upcoming shopping mall at Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project - Ho Chi Minh City.
Position Overview:
The Mall Leasing Supervisor is responsible for market analysis and executing the leasing strategies for Lotte Eco Smart City shopping mall. This includes market researching, floor & concept planning and maintaining strong relationships with potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- To set up store concept, target customers, floor plans, tenancy mix, differentiation strategy, specialized areas for the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project.
- To research and report on market trends, new content, and competitor analysis as references for or the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project
- To build relationship with potential tenants for future leasing activities
