Manager, Banca Communications & Event

Purpose:
This position will manage all Banca communications for internal & external, in charge of some trips/events, create impressions to the sales force after events in order to push the production, motivate sales force & strengthen FWD Banca.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop & manage the communications plan effectively to internal & external for the whole Banca.
- Lead the implementation of all communications to promote activities/contests/campaigns of Banca, push/impact the sales team to increase production, promote contests to the sales team & Bank partners effectively, create attraction/impression in each contest, get more qualifiers.
- Support the sales team in sales activities to push sales & daily business operation to increase production.
- Strengthen all PR strategies of events/activities to social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, create effective & impactful attention to promote the image/brand of FWD Banca. Ensure all communications released meet guidelines & align with company direction/strategy.
- Organize and manage some trips and events for Banca for internal (Sales team) & external (Bank Partners) effectively, align with guidelines & control within approved budget. Flexible organization for online & offline events, quickly adapt to any situation.
- Manage providing all promotional materials for internal & external stakeholders of projects & Banca teams.
- Implement some other tasks based on the line manager's assignment based on the actual situation.
