The Manager, Bancassurance has the responsibility of driving sales team and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank portfolios.
THE JOB:
* Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he/she has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff with regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, understanding their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any) and ensure that all service requirements are met for the sale team.
* Support the SRDB in sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations etc.
* Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches.
* Documentation, compliance and audit.
* Responsible for defining the channel related processes in discussion with various departments.
* Ensure adherence to various services related matrices agreed with partners across product life cycle (policy issuance, customer service, claims, etc.).
