Our ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is dedicated to advancing Vietnam's agriculture sector with strong skills in marketing, business development, and market analysis. You excel in project management and communication, building trust-based relationships and driving business development in agriculture.
Duties and responsibilities
Marketing and communication strategy:
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to develop successful strategies for both external and internal clients/brands, aligning with project-specific plans and company objectives
Collaborate closely with in-house designers, internal teams, and external agencies to develop creative briefs, guide creative direction, and action plans for all marketing projects, ensuring consistent messaging across digital and traditional channel
Coordinate implementation of marketing and communication projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging insights to conceptualize and maintain consistency in communications and messaging across all channels, maximizing engagement, brand visibility, and conversion throughout the prospect and customer/brand lifecycle
Conduct analytics reporting to present updates to the Board of Directors (BODs) and Business Units (BUs), providing proposals and recommendations on tactics and actions for communication and marketing strategy.
Consultancy project management:
Develop detailed work plans and budgets for consultancy projects, ensuring clarity on objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential deviations from the plan, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise
Generate concise reports documenting project activities, outcomes, and recommendations, providing stakeholders with clear insights into project status, achievements, and areas for improvement
Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with all stakeholders involved in consultancy projects, including clients, internal teams, external partners, and vendors, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment of interests and objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development:
Provide our clients and project partners with ideas and insights and implement activities to develop their business in Vietnam
Manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance engagement and collaboration
Drive business development by identifying opportunities and obtaining new projects in the agriculture sector.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

At least 05 years of professional experience in the field of marketing and/or business development
Experience with marking and business development of agricultural products is an advantage
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
MSc or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Professional, passionate about excellence and result-driven
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
Proactive and a positive attitude
Eagerness to travel and discover
Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
