Mô tả công việc
• Produce marketing content (video, blog, design...) across multiple platforms (English, Vietnamese) including Website ’s blog, Facebook post, YouTube, TikTok, Website ‘s partner.
• Engage in customer/patient feedback communication, conduct testimonials, and gather reviews on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Support marketing efforts in the production of POSM materials and offline materials for the clinic.
• Coordinate events and offline activities outside the clinic.
• Carefully manage inquiries generated from various marketing channels.
• Execute tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
• Have a passion for working in a healthcare environment and providing health care services.
