Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing planning and campaign management
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Ensure brand visibility in all communication channels are consistent and follow brand guidelines
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Develop integrated and tactical Marketing campaigns to improve brand funnel performance and achieve marketing objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to Lead execution of integrated & tactical marketing campaigns
• Manage external suppliers like media, digital, production agencies to maximize performance of campaigns and ensure KPI delivery
• Partner with performance marketing to drive effective lead generation & better customer experience
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
• Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
2. Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to grow social channels and drive customer engagement
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and guidelines
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
• Ensure content compliance with copyright and data protection regulations
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital content marketing
• Coordinate with external content creators and agencies as needed
• Manage and segment content creator pool for business/MKT purposes
• Leverage content creators/TikTokers/Youtubers/KOL/KOC… to support communication campaigns.
3. Others
• Manage Marketing budget & conduct all related marketing reports
• Ensure all marketing initiatives compliant to company policies, internal code of conduct and external regulatory policies where applicable
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
