• Develop an overarching marketing plan in alignment with the CEO's strategic direction.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to execute specific and detailed plans.
• Monitor and manage the marketing department's personnel to ensure adherence to KPIs and the finalized marketing plan.
• Evaluate the performance of each team member and recommend rewards or disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Take full responsibility for marketing targets and control the budget in accordance with company regulations.
• Innovate and create ideas for marketing materials such as videos, websites, and social media to ensure they meet quality standards and convey the marketing message effectively.
• Evaluate and revise the marketing products created by subordinates to ensure quality and communication effectiveness.
• Directly execute significant marketing campaigns.
