Overview of Position
Point Avenue is a character development focused company based in Vietnam. We instill “Character First, the Pathway to Excellence” in all that we do and aim to empower the next generation of leaders in Vietnam to transform the world through wisdom, integrity, and compassion. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for Point Avenue including: developing the marketing strategy, leading and executing the strategy and all supporting activities, and growing and shaping the brand.
1. Responsibilities and Duties
a. Strategy and Planning
i. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
ii. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities in the local market.
iii. Analyze competitor activities and positioning to develop effective marketing strategies.
iv. Conduct brand analysis to determine the strategic plan and provide monthly reports on marketing activities.
v. Build Business-to-Business partnerships with schools and other complementary businesses.
vi. Coordinate and support Academic Program Managers and Research & Development in the execution of on-brand marketing events and activities.
b. Branding, promotions and digital marketing
i. Manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
ii. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and community events.
iii. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
iv. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
v. Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
vi. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve online presence and conversion rates.
c. Lead Generation and Conversion:
i. Design and implement lead generation campaigns to attract potential students.
ii. Develop and manage lead nurturing processes to convert leads into enrolled students.
iii. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with enrollment strategies.
d. Event Management:
i. Plan and execute various events, such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach programs, to promote the center's programs and services.
ii. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
e. Market Research and Analysis:
i. Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of potential and existing students in the local community.
ii. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
iii. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
f. Budget Management:
i. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
ii. Monitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
g. Team Management:
i. Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
ii. Foster a collaborative, inclusive and creative work environment.
h. Execution Management
i. Meet project deadlines while ensuring work quality.
ii. Evaluate and periodically report work results to management and clients.
i. Client Relationship Management
i. Collaborate with sales and operations team to understand sales requirements and adapt marketing tactics and activities to support sales and operations better.
ii. To increase the effectiveness of lead generation, and to work side by side with Academic Director and Center Managers to maximize the conversion rate, from lead through to enrolment.
iii. To lead the work on maximizing parents and student satisfaction and exceptional customer Services
j. Other tasks as assigned by the Academic Director and/or the Board of Managers
