Marketing Manager [ Up to $1500] [Under 35 ]

- Deploy promotional and branding campaigns through digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Social Avertising, Email Marketing, Alibaba…..)
- Research and analyze the global market, competitors to make further branding development proposals.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans, including forecasting, proposing, allocating and managing budgets to achieve set targets.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, evaluate metrics and provide solutions for improvement.
- Anticipate campaign risks to take timely solutions.
- Work closely with the sales department to understand customer and market needs to ensure marketing strategies are consistent and achievable with revenue goals.
- Research, develop and launch new products in accordance with market trends
- Building and implementing customer loyalty programs (branded items, gifts, vouchers) and document business, provide sales support
- Assign and monitor performance of the social/digital/SEO/design team
- Work with domestic and foreign agencies, KOLs and KOCs partners in producing online media materials... serving positioning and brand development
- Propose, deploy, and manage marketing campaigns on multiple platforms to achieve set goals, economically and effectively.
- Build up plans and participate overseas exhibitions in Italy, Sydney, Las Vegas, Hongkong…every year
